Grateful to this fabulous group of ladies for being part of Witek Marketing in 2023, and one of the best teams l’ve ever had the honor of working with! I’m so proud to see some of them extend their wings and move on to start their own business (or even take the leap to work in NYC) and others excel at increased responsibility. I’ve tried to balance being a boss with being a mentor, friend and even a “work mom” so seeing them move on is always bitter sweet. I also love that all of clients going in to 2024 are NC family owned businesses. Working with family owned businesses, vs a corporation/venture group, has given us the ability to have long term relationships, and we are especially grateful they have made us part of their “family.” ❤️ After an unexpected health scare in 2023, reflection and evaluation naturally happens. Part of being successful is not only knowing what you want, but also knowing what you don’t want. Never ignore your instinct to recognize a potential client is not going to be a good fit during the proposal process - Don’t be afraid to respectfully decline moving forward. It’s also important to recognize when current clients cause too much stress on the team, don’t value what you do, or logistics are no longer efficient, …and you need to move on and wish them well. With that being said, we are looking forward to a smaller team, some new clients, saying goodbye to some old clients, and a more focused portfolio in 2024. #EveryoneWins #socialmediamarketing #HospitalityMarketing #RaleighMarketing #SocialMediaManagers #publicrelations
